Community Partner Spotlight: Carrollton Springs

by The Magdalen House | Jun 23, 2026 | Community, Partners, Resources

This quarter, we are proud to highlight one of our valued partners, Carrollton Springs — a behavioral health organization serving individuals with substance use disorder, alcohol use disorder, and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. With multiple locations throughout Collin County, Carrollton Springs offers comprehensive care including medical detox, making them an essential partner for The Magdalen House.

When a First Step client needs to be stabilized through medical detox before entering our program, getting them to a safe and supportive environment quickly is critical. Carrollton Springs consistently provides that level of care — and by accepting both Medicaid and Medicare, they ensure access for as many patients as possible.

Beyond detox, Carrollton Springs has long been a trusted referral for individuals who reach out to us but may not be the right fit for our AUD-focused services. Their mental health programs incorporate evidence-based treatments including CBT and EMDR, ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, effective care.

All their programs include a free, no-obligation assessment, available by appointment, walk-in, or telehealth. Like The Magdalen House, Carrollton Springs is committed to removing barriers — meeting people where they are and making it as easy as possible to take the first step.

We are grateful for the collaborative relationship we've built with Carrollton Springs, which has allowed us to reach and support even more individuals seeking recovery from alcoholism.
