The Haven is a stand-alone detox facility in need of resources for ongoing care. The Magdalen House is able to fulfill this need for their clients especially for underserved populations with little resources. Our no-cost services are especially helpful to those using The Haven services with Medicare and Medicaid.
The Haven recognizes that detox will save your life but there are steps you need to take afterward to achieve long term recovery and partnering with The Magdalen House gives them the opportunity to help people in the long term.
Before entering our First Step program, our phone screening process often allows us to refer women to The Haven. This helps us keep our program safe and effective for every alcoholic woman. Our partnership brings more successful recovery services for women to DFW.
