1. What is your role at The Magdalen House, and what does a “typical” day look like for you?

A typical day includes going to meetings and brainstorming content ideas with the creative team. As well as spending quality time with my favorite softwares, Adobe Creative Suite.

2. What is your favorite line in the Big Book?

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”
Mahatma Gandhi

Each and everyone of us has the power in us make the world a better place. Even if you don’t believe that you can, you’d be surprised. A little smile can be so powerful.

3. What’s something you’ve witnessed at The Magdalen House that inspires or moves you?

I have witnessed the true love and passion that these women have for educating the Dallas area on alcoholism and breaking the stereotypes surrounding such.

4. How has working at The Magdalen House impacted your life?

In the mere weeks that I have been here, The Magdalen House has opened my eyes to a true problem that we face around the barriers of alcoholism. I can’t wait to dig deeper and help educate and bring awareness by creating interesting visuals that will grab people’s attention.

5. What are some of your hobbies, or things that you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Outside of work I love baking and cooking, I am always trying out new recipes and exploring different cultures. I am very active and love exercising, I love running doing yoga, and Pilates.

6. What’s something that we may not know about you?

I love learning new languages! I have been learning and speaking French since I was 13. I am currently learning Swedish and Italian.

I also used to figure skate growing up!

I have two cats named Batman and Robin!
