Patrice is a Maggie’s First Step alumni, and has been a recovered alcoholic since February 8, 2019. She joined The Magdalen House staff as a First Step Coordinator in November 2020, then Next Step Coordinator and is currently the Next Step Program Manager. Patrice was born in Giddings, Texas and was raised in Austin, Texas. She has lived in the Dallas area since 1986. She is a very active member of AA and serves at her home group and the District Level. In addition, she is very involved in the recovery community as a whole. She puts a lot of energy into her alcoholism and today she gets to transfer that energy to a life of giving back what was so freely given to her. It is her honor to be a vessel of hope to the alcoholic who still suffers.
Patrice loves to bake, cook and spend time with family and friends. She is married and mother to two daughters and two sons.
