Kady Younkman is a nonprofit leader with a strong background in volunteer engagement, strategic partnerships, and mission-focused program development. Since 2017, she has worked to support individuals and families impacted by addiction, driven by her own experience in long-term recovery.

As Chief Community Officer at The Magdalen House, Kady leads outreach and education, volunteerism, community building, and partnerships. In 2024, her team was nominated for Nonprofit Team of the Year by D CEO, and the organization was recognized as Nonprofit of the Year by the Center for Nonprofit Management.

Kady holds certifications in Nonprofit Management from Southern Methodist University, as well as Program Leadership and Volunteer Management from the Center for Nonprofit Management. She is known for her clear communication, collaborative leadership, and deep commitment to community.

As an Enneagram 9, Kady is naturally easygoing, supportive, and grounded in her approach to both work and life. She finds joy in the simple things, especially spending time with her three rescue dogs and going on new adventures with her husband and children.
