Meet Sherri Stidham
Based in Dallas, Texas | In Recovery Since February 10, 2018
“I have learned so much in recovery, especially that it’s important to stay in the middle and do what you don’t want. In my experience, God always shows up and makes me glad that I did. I’ve learned that the best gift today is that I can see myself for who I truly am. I can be held accountable, and I can be loved. Both are important. I am continually in awe of God’s blessings and grace, and three years ago, I didn’t even care if God existed. Today God is my everything. My whole life has changed because of this program.” – Sherri

Meet Anna Liggett
Based in Dallas, Texas | In Recovery Since March 20, 2017
“I was born here in Dallas. My experience so far is that sobriety is messy! I thought once I got sober, my life would become relatively painless. I thought alcohol was the problem. Through working the steps, I’ve come to believe the problem lies in my spirit. That means the solution is spiritual. The 12 Steps gave me a solution for my restless, unsatisfied spirit! I have to remember that pain is the touchstone of spiritual growth. And no matter what… I don’t run from pain!” – Anna
