In light of the impact of COVID-19 on our community, The Magdalen House has created the Community Outreach COVID-19 Resource List for additional organizations that are offering help and services. You can also find more information on Maggie’s COVID-19 Help Hub.

About the Community Outreach Program

BUILDING A THRIVING COMMUNITY OF RECOVERED WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES

The Magdalen House Community Outreach Program establishes unilateral and reciprocal partnerships within the community to meet the comprehensive needs of alcoholic women and families that we serve, while allowing us to reach more individuals who want and need our free services. This program not only allows our clients and women in our recovery community to utilize resources that address needs that lie beyond the scope of our services, but it also helps us to improve the quality of services we provide, while engaging with other local organizations to cross-educate one another.

1 IN 11 WOMEN IN THE U.S. IS AN ALCOHOLIC

There are an estimated 251,364 alcoholic women located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, alone.
