Meet our December Volunteer of the month, Brittany Arndt! Brittany has been such a joy to have around the house. She is always so willing and so inspirational. Not to mention how many times she’s saved the day with a last-minute cover for front desk! So grateful Brittany found Maggie’s. We wouldn’t be the same without her! Love you, Brittany!

Brittany Arndt + Maggie’s =❤️

Brittany started volunteering:

July 12, 2019

She has donated a total of:

303 hours!!!

You can usually find her:

At the front desk ready to help!

I’ve never seen her without:

A smile 🖤

One time she:

She came in early on the day of the retreat to help people that showed up at the house get to the right location for the bus. Then she actually stayed ALL DAY to cover the front desk for all three shifts while we were out. What an incredible heart and servants spirit!!!

My favorite thing about her is:

Her optimisim and her laugh! I can’t help but laugh with her everytime I hear it. It warms my heart.

Maggie’s wouldn’t be the same without her because:

She is proof that you don’t have to come through our social detox program to be a Maggie’s girl. She found us after she had moved in to sober living and she never left. So grateful to have such an inspiration like her as part of our community!

We are so very grateful for volunteers who donate their time to The Magdalen House. Did you know ONE volunteer hour saves us $29.95?! That means for every 40 hours an individual volunteers, the value created for our organization equals the amount donors give to pay for one woman’s two-week stay through the First Step Program. You are literally paying it forward.
