Chelsea grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, in an alcoholic home and began drinking at an early age. She moved to Texas with her 6-month-old in 2016. During the following year, she began her recovery journey and achieved sobriety on November 8, 2017.

The very first time that Chelsea carried the message at The Magdalen House, she felt the strong presence of God. She knew then that the mission was an important one and that she would always have good things to say about the women who served and the great work they are doing. She is forever grateful to work with our Next Step participants.

A few of her passions are her 7-year-old, Lily, her pets, Baz and Hello Kutey, carrying the message and being of service.
